However, this is entirely due to incorrect settings being sent via text and not due to the phone being faulty. If this happens, please contact us right away using the details question and before opening a case so that we can try and resolve with you. 4 - DOWNLOAD AND READ THE USER GUIDE Please download the user guide and read through the first few pages, e.g. how to insert sim, switch phone on, as some phones turn on using the keypad, others using side or top button, also how to charge battery because again all phones charge differently, some show a blank screen while charging for the first 15 minutes, especially older sony Eriksson’s. Please also check how to remove and replace battery cover and all basic operation of the phone, especially if you are not familiar with mobile phones or a particular make and model you have just bought. How one phone operates is not necessarily the same as a different make or model.
If you have done all of the above and still have a problem with your phone, please make contact right away as described in section 1 above, and we will do our level best to resolve. Please note again that the resolution centre is normally a last resort if a buyer and seller cannot work things out. 5 – WE GIVE REFUNDS AS DEFINED BELOW Refunds are normally issued for phones sold in full working order that arrive faulty and not phones sold on a spares repairs basis. Please keep any packaging if this does happen as we will need to make a claim against the royal mail and in the course of their investigation, may contact you about the packaging. Please also note, goods damaged in transit are the responsibility of the royal mail and not sellers who are sometimes held to account by buyers. However, despite goods damaged in transit, we still offer refunds but will need to subsequently claim compensation from the post office.

If a buyer is unhappy with their phone for any reason even though it is in full working order, please contact us direct to discuss as we might be able to offer another make or model of phone. However, if we accept a return for a full working phone, we issue the price paid excluding postage, buyer is also liable for return postage costs.
5.4 All Refunds are issued subject to ALTHOUGH OTHER SELLERS ISSUE REFUNDS WITHOUT THE RETURN OF AN ITEM, WE CANNOT ISSUE A REFUND OR SEND AN ALTERNATIVE PHONE UNTIL ORIIGNAL PHONE HAS BEEN RETURNED.
