1. Post & Packing ~ We always try to offer a selection of postal services. Please allow time for your parcel to arrive before contacting us. According to Royal Mail 1st class post now takes 1 to 3 working days  (Mon to Fri only) from despatch. 2nd class post take 3 to 6 working days. If you want your parcel to be insured during transit please choose either Recorded Delivery or Specail Delivery, both of which require a signature on arrival.

2.Payment ~ We only ever accept payment via PayPal. Please make payment within 3 days of the auction ending.

3. Delivery address ~ We will ONLY despatch to the address supplied to us by PayPal for obvious security reasons. Please make sure you register your required delivery address at PayPal before making payment. We only despatch to UK addresses. We do not offer a collection facility.

4. Feedback ~ Our feedback is generated automatically on our behalf. As soon as we receive positive feedback the compliment will be almost instantly returned.

5. Problems ~ If you have a problem please contact us via the ebay message system and we will always try to help.
