PSION 3a 2MB + Manuals + Link Cable and Software

On offer is a PSION Series 3a with an enourmous 2MB RAM of internal memory.

I bought this around 1995 but I have not used it for many years.

It is in excellent condition with little sign of wear.

It comes with the User Guide, Programming Manual, 3 Link Serial Cable, PsiWIN software and Mains Adaptor.

The 3 Link Cable and software mean you can backup or synchronise with a PC.It requires 2 AA Duracell or rechargeable main batteries and a cr1620 backup cell.This Psion is closely 'related' to the Psion 3 Series, Acorn Pocket Book II, and the Psion Siena. The Series 3a was also called "The World's most powerful pocket-sized computer" perhaps because of its simple but effective Lcd Screen, instant on, deluxe keyboard, shortcut keys, about a month's usage on two Rechargeable(NiMH 1700mAH+) or Duracell Alkaline AA batteries, the ability to program in OPL Basic and write your own programs and later use them on Revo's or 3mx's or 5's or Siena's and 5mx's, the useful Psion applications like WORD or AGENDA which could bring you up to date and to the hour.

An optional parallel printer lead allows you to print directly from this little Psion to any parallel printer (eg Epson, Canon Bjc-80, IBM, HP Deskjet 340,...), in case you want to print letters from Word documents or print a paper copy of names and telephone numbers of friends & family, whilst on holiday or in the office....It comes with Spell checker and the Patience card game as standard.A powerful little mobile office Pda that fits into most pockets.

N.B the Manuals and Mains Adaptor make the whole package Heavy and Hence the Postage costs.
