I post the next day after the payment received or the latest the day after

If paid before 12am can post the same day

I always make sure the items are packed very carefully and safe not to be damaged in post

The items sent by recorded post – can provide tracking number

For all other items I can not take responsibility for them being lost in post however I always keep a proof of postage

RETURN POLICY

Money will be refunded only if my description of the item is grossly incorrect.The item must be returned within 7 days and returned in original condition and packing. Sorry but no returns will be accepted after 7 days. Return postage will be at the buyer’s expense. Please note that all serial numbers are recorded prior posting.
